He had a young Japanese servant who, in accordance with Japanese tradition, was extremely polite and diferential. The American wished to get up very early one morning and told the servant the night before to be sure to wake him up at six o'clock. At six o'clock exactly, the servant entered the American's room quietly and left a message on the table beside the American's bed. At eleven o'clock the American woke up, looked at his watch, and jumped out of the bed. The message on the table said: "Dear Sir, it is exactly six o'clock. Please get up at once".

A young businessman had just started his own company. He jad just rented a beautiful office and had it furnished with antiques. He saw a man come into the outer office. Wishing to appear important, the businessman picked up the phone and started to talk about huge amounts of money. Finally he hung up and asked the visitor: " Can I help you?". The visitor said: "Yeah, I've come to activate your phone lines".

A blind man with a seeing eye dog walks into a grocery store. The man walks to the middle of the store, picks up the dog by the tail, and starts swinging the dog around in circles over his head. The store manager, who has seen all this, thinks it's quite strange. So, he decides to find out what's going on. The store manager approaches the blind man swinging the dog and says, "Pardon me. may I help you with something?" The blind man says, "No thanks. I'm just looking around."
